And always, the service has been excellent and they do a great job of not only cleaning carpets but also carpet repair. We have used them for years and most recently this week was another A+ experience. Christian, the service person is very knowledgeable and professional.

We had the nicest experience with Mighty Mac two years ago and then again this week. They proactively sent us a direct mail piece and I was able to get an appointment the very next day.Jarott, who expertly cleaned the rugs, was the consent professional. He even came back two days later to touch up some spots that had surfaced. I highly recommend this company.

The lady on the phone is the most unprofessional, aggressive and disrespectful person I have ever interacted with in my life. Beware of this despot on the phone. The people who actually clean are nice and friendly but I do see how they cannot retain their employees. People get to know the owners of the business and then leave. They need to improve their interpersonal communication and community relations skills. The lady on the phone is rude as hell.

I called Mighty Mac to help with a stain from my dog. He threw up on a jute rug! Josh answered the call and was very helpful getting Thomas and Stefano to my house within 30 minutes to take a look at it. Thomas and Stefano went to work immediately and took their time making certain it was cleaned up. I was totally surprised when the spot dried there is no stain and the jute is just the same as before. I would highly recommend Might Mac to everyone. Thank you, Josh, Thomas & Stefano!!
