Mike's Appliance Service

Had a LG washer with a bad pump and called the company. Within a week Paul was at the house, called before he came, was spot on time, and did a great service repair. While here, I recalled my wife telling me that the "knob" wasn't working and I mentioned it to Paul as an afterthought. He immediately got on the phone, ordered the replacement control board and within a week Jason was out, called before he got here and was spot on time. Two for Two! Both were efficient, polite, and repaired the washer. Seems to be working good as new and I'm very appreciative of the excellent customer service. If we have other issues, 'knock on wood, they are my go-to company. Based on my experience, I'd highly recommend them. Thanks!

Our dryer hose that went outside needed to be redone to be brought up to code and the space in which to work was extremely small and complicated. We had attempted to fix this ourselves but was unsuccessful. I received the referral from a local appliance supply company that said Mike's Appliances did great work. I called and spoke directly to the owner about my challenges and he said he would get someone out as soon as possible and gave me an estimated cost of the service. They arrived when expected, did an amazing job, and the cost was consistent with the service provided. The service guy was very nice and extremely patient. I would highly recommend using Mike's appliances for all of your appliance needs. GREAT JOB!

All interactions with these guys have been great. Mike even tried to help me troubleshoot the stove over the phone when I initially called to schedule a service call. Sadly, I tried what he recommended but it didn't work. Jason came out today and diagnosed the problem and even fixed my stove same day. I would recommend these guys without reservations. They seemed very honest and reasonably priced.

Used them for the first time on 5/26. My Whirlpool dryer was making an awful noise! Their service tech, Paul showed up towards the back end of a 3-hour window. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. I only paid for the service call, which was $79. I felt this was a win, as it could've been worse. Would recommend and use again if needed.

Unprofessional beyond belief. Tried to fix my dryer on 3 occasions over 3 weeks. Last time my dryer was smelling like propane after they left. My wife called and they could not come back for a week. I ran home to shut off the main gas valve and open windows. They are clueless on customer care.
