*update* I emailed your company the morning it happened. Incident occurred 6am the day of this review, CR 510. LP # EAH-Q08 An employee driving a MHP truck almost ran me off the road due to passing on a double yellow while I was stopping for a family of deer. Proceeded to do 65 mph on a county road. Reckless and brainless.

My water pressure pump failed . They were timely in their response. Replacing a water pump is quite simple and requires basically unhooking the old one and reinstalling two pipes (one in , one out) . A new pump on the internet (free delivery) is around $1100. I was charged 2500 for the same 1100 pump( 150%mark up!!) and 6 hours of labor at 150/hr , other misc fees , 80 fuel to drive 6 miles. Total bill $ 3800!! Should have been 1500 for the pump and 3 hours of labor(max). Honest plumber would charge 2k. Consequently, talking with other reputable people in town I hear the same story over and over. Even his ex employees! This guy is dishonest and WILL take advantage of you. Call anyone else. This guy is a crook plain and simple!

I woke up this morning to frozen pipes and texted Mile High at the very unsociable time of 6.45am. Jamey called me back just after 7am, coached me through what to do and said to keep him updated in case he needed to send someone to my house that morning. AWESOME customer service!

Anthony does a great job on the annual flushing of our on-demand hot water heater... so much so, that we're organizing our neighbors so he can do theirs at the same time! Anthony is professional and friendly.
