Military Rent-A-Fence

WISH i could leave 0 stars. We moved a month ago & he has yet to answer any phone calls or messages. The fence is still up, and we haven’t gotten our security deposit back (our fence looks brand new) Not to mention- he still has us on automatic payments & he told us if we didn’t have the fence removed it would be $250 charged by housing. He kept putting it off so housing charged us when we moved out. We had to call our bank and put a stop payment. Highly unprofessional. I do NOT recommend this company. I hope he gets his contract taken away on base for ripping people off.

If I could give one star I would. Please avoid doing ANY type of business with this man or company. He has stolen $173 from my husband and I after repeatedly being told that he would need to stop charging our account for the rip off of a fence we rented for a year AFTER we had already moved out of STATE. He has blown off every call I have made and blown off multiple texts. When I am finally able to get ahold of him which is RARE it’s excuses and apologies only to never follow up on his actions, yet again. Please do your business elsewhere if you ever consider needing a fence for on base, just invest in doing it on your own!!

If I could rate them a zero I would. After numerous calls and texts I still have not had this company come to my house. They repeatedly promised to come out then nothing. My neighbor canceled their contract and they straight up ignored them too. Would not come out to pick up the fence. They even stopped paying, for months, hoping it would motivate them to remove it! I don’t know how they’re in business with this level of disorganization. If you call, they tell you to text. Then you’ll get a text randomly, but no follow through. Unfortunately they are the only rental. At this point, though, it’s just not worth the hassle. I know when it’s time to leave they’ll be equally flaky and I’ll be stuck trying to figure out how to PCS with rented fencing.

I concur 100% with Cassie Delaney's comments. I have had the exact same experience. Going on two weeks of one answered text, no answered calls, no additional answered texts, etc... Just want my fence gone and to stop paying. I am going to call my bank to do so since we fulfilled out initial 12-month contract agreement.

they never answer their phone we have set 2 appointment up that they did not show up to and our digging permit expired. Not worth going through this company!!
