Miller Carpets

Miller Carpets installed our hardwood floors and carpets. Ike and his crew did a great job from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and we're very happy with the outcome.

Miller's Carpets was an awesome experience. They were very helpful. Very nice people to deal with. And A great price estimate for our carpet. Glad we chose to go there. Try them you will like them.

We went in today for the first time. Very friendly service and their showroom is very attractive. Both the owners were so helpful. We’re hopeful that we’ll be able to use Miller Carpets to replace our carpets and get wood floors. Stay tuned.

They LIE LIKE RUGS The most god awful customer service yet. We wanted to keep it local and support our community, so instead of going to a chain, we went to Miller's carpet on main street. When we ordered the carpet, they told us the carpet would be ready in ten days. They took our full payment, and assured us it was ordered. After three weeks I started calling asking where it was. They dodged my calls, failed to return them, and when they did answer, they lied repeatedly about where it was and why it was taking so long for us to get it, blaming shippers.... Then I learned that that they sat on our payment and didn't pay the carpet mill for 25 days and it STIILL had not shipped because they hadn't paid. Don't buy from these people. They LIE. they lie...like rugs.

We had a bit of a scare that we weren't going to get our money back or our floors done for a time becausewe were getting no responseto calls, texts, or office visits after a pretty heft deposit was paid monthsin advance. Alas, someone showed to do the work. They were very polite upon arriving. We try to support local businesses in our projects, and fortunately this one turned out okay after some scares.
