DO NOT USE MILLER EXCAVATING. Miller Excavating cut my internet line while digging at my next-door neighbor’s property. I was actively working from home when my internet suddenly went out. I immediately went over and asked them directly if they had hit any lines. They flat out denied it and said they didn’t cut anything. The next day, Xfinity came out to investigate. I did not tell the technician where the excavation work had been done. Guess where they found the issue? Exactly where Miller Excavating was digging. The signal dropped to zero at that spot, clear as day. I live in a townhome in Woodbury and was quite surprised to discover that the Homeowners Association was not responsible for a sewer disjoint. So, i was on my own to get quotes for repair. Miller Excavating was prompt and efficient in coming out to see what the problem was and provide an estimate. Jared was pretty sure the reason for the disjoint was that the joint was never glued by the installer in the first place. Never having had to do this sort of thing before, I called with questions on th estimate and was treated very respectfully, answered questions and provided me with a time frame in which they could do the job.
