Millersville Plumbing

Had a contract to replace all copper feed and drain lines from the first floor stack to the entire second floor of our residential home. The contract clearly started "ALL" copper pipes to be replace. The Plumber performing the work was constantly distracted from phones calls by the owner of the company, Jack Pumphrey. This led to the Plumbers constantly leaving early or showing up late and the estimated time of 2 days for the work to be completely turned into 5 days. More importantly the Plumber, having his time investment into the job extended, started to cut corners on the job by denying the replace of certain pipes claiming that they are "fine". The work was not completed according to the contract of the replacement of "ALL" copper pipes. Will never use them again.

The gentleman came early than the time slot and I was excited about that. He explained what was going on and fixed my outside water hose in less than 15 minutes. It was a lil expensive but his professionalism and smile made it all worth while.

We had same day service. Brent came out and replaced the ejector pump with the signature professionalism that Millersville Plumbing maintains. Thanks to Brent and Jack
