Communicated well as to when appointment was and called when on the way. Once here, he shared valuable information about home warranties and how they relate to new ac units. Our fix was a simple issue of power not being connected properly. He remedied the issue immediately and was done within 30 minutes. We will be using them for all our AC needs.

Robert fixed my AC quickly and was very good-natured with my curious kiddo. I was very impressed with his customer service, and his pricing!

Had David out this morning, arrived on time, very professional and knowledgeable about HVAC. He got our system back up and running quickly and provided great advice for preventative maintenance given the type of system that we have. Will call again if the need ever arises!

This is my second interaction with Milton Heating and Air. They will be my go to for any air conditioning needs in the future for sure. Both times they were timely, friendly, honest, and helpful. This time, we had someone else come out first that was sent by my warranty company. That companies service was awful and took weeks to get them to do anything. AC out in June makes for misery. I finally called Milton H&A and they came out the next day. They ordered what I needed and were here to fix my air as soon as possible to get the air working again. They are so kind and helpful, but I think the honesty is the best part. Both times they NEVER tried to upsell me things that I didn’t want or need.
