Miracle Method Surface Refinishing

A mixed recommendation, at best. While I am glad to have an "easy step" now, the piece itself was not properly sealed to the tub, allowing hundreds of ants to get into the bathroom. There were visible sealant gaps on the inside corners, and the outside rim was not sealed at all! The only area sealed was where the piece meets the inside and top of the tub - and even that was not completely done, leaving gaps at the corners. It was easy to follow the trail as to where the ants were coming from, and once I sealed the gaps, they stopped. Steel tubs are hollow and when a piece is cut out, there is a large space where moisture can accumulate and allow for insects to easily access ..... all openings/gaps need fully sealed! Incredible job doing a tub cut for me! Makes my tub so much safer to use! Easy entry when taking a shower! Tommy did the work and was so detail-oriented and a pleasure to have in my home.I have a very heavy cast iron tub--but Tommy made it work! (you can do this to a fiber glass tub too! I highly recommend a tub cut if you want to save $8000 or more or having a shower installed and tub removed! The best!

Hired Miracle Method of Western NY to resurface the tile wassail and shower base of our walk-in shower. We could not be happier with the results! The technician took great care to cover and mask off the vanity, toilet, walls, floor... leaving the job site very clean when he was done. All the holes and minor defects were filled in and are now invisible. The resurfaced tiles and shower base look great. Before and after photos attached. Thanks for a job well done!

Where to even start we went with this company after seeing them at the local home show. We paid them around 3000 to do the tub in one bathroom. And the shower and pan in another. We had to have them back out within months to redue the tub and shower then a year later for the shower then again after a year again. The product is supposed to last 10-15 years we never got much more than a year and a half tops before new peeling. Well now the warranty is expired which should in my opinion reset if you can't get a fair amount of time out of the product and have to have them back regularly. They now want us to pay for repair had the office manager Cameron Brado out and he never even gave us the quote that he promised to send us smh stay as far away as you can from this company terrible with respo

Delighted with the outcome of the bathroom vanity refinishing. The technician, John G was prompt, courteous, professional and did an excellent job explaining the process and how to maintain. Definitely excellent value for the money. Would give Miracle Method-Rochester a 5/5 rating from the initial visit by Brian G to our visit to the showroom on Ling Road to pick out the color.
