PLEASE BEWARE! Hired to paint interior walls & ceilings of our home along with some sheetrock work. Our bad! Many hard lessons learned. We had an extensive amount of work to be done. Matthew (owner) did not individually list discussed work to be done on his "contract," but we believed it was lumped under the overall work to be done. All his "talk" of getting these things done was never completed. We were accused of "nitpicking" work done and told we "had to wait for all the work to be completed." The attached photos were taken after they supposedly completed our work. Matthew would repetitively "ASSURE" us that the work would be done and look "AMAZING" at completion. But far from it! We had a couple of unique painting projects that we couldn't do on our own. I was recommended to this business by a couple of Pastor friends and we are so happy to have found them. They came in and looked at our projects and said they wanted to give back because they had just had such a great year and wanted to do our projects with us just paying for the materials. Wow! What a blessing to us and they did an amazing job. We would highly recommend ML Painting for any projects you may have and we know that we will call on them again in the future.

Man this company is amazing. I own a local coffee shop and we desperately needed our side room painted before an event we were hosting the next day. When the painter arrived I thought it’d be someone from the painting crew and instead it turns out it was Matthew, the owner. He came and explained that his guys were slammed that day but he wanted to make sure we got the help we needed. It was even more work than what he was anticipating but he was a man of his word and stayed true to the bid that he gave me over the phone. I was blown away by the kindness, the quality of his work and his attention to detail - it was superb. Seriously this business is run by someone who cares deeply about quality and I’m sure that trickles down into every area of his business. Great company 20/10 would recomm

I have used Matthew twice. The first occasion was largely uneventful. I found that his communication was lacking, but the crew did a good job. We rehired him on our new home which is a large project. We placed a large deposit on the job and paid for all the materials up front. Matthew assured me that he would take an active role in the project due to the scope. On a Friday, he informed my wife and his crew that he would be there on Saturday and Sunday painting, that the paint would have a strong odor and that the HVAC would have to be turned off. Matthew did not show up on Saturday or Sunday, he did not call nor text to inform us that he wouldn't be there. Do NOT use Matt. He was the first to respond and come to my home to give a bid for powerwashing and painting our front porch. He came, looked at the porch, talked a big game and emailed us a quote and his “contract” the next day. We talked over the phone and he said he’d come over the next morning at 11am for us to sign the contract. 11am came and went, he did not show. So I texted him asking if he was still stopping by that day. He called me about an hour later, and asked who I was. When I reminded him who I was and that he was supposed to come by that am. He said he texted me that he couldn’t show at 11 so he’d be dropping by at 1:30. When he did show, he showed me the text and I looked at the number he texted and it wasn’t even close to being mine, mind you we had spoken from only one
