Caleb and Jesse arrived at my home to perform a HVAC inspection and thermostat update. The both of them were very professional and polite. Caleb - was an extremely pleasant, polite, patient, and very personable as a young man. I was very impressed in how he conducted himself upon his arrival and throughout the entire time he was in my home. Jesse - was very polite and professional. He was very focused and task driven. I'm not sure if Jesse is Caleb's supervisor and/or mentor, if he is, he has done an outstanding job in training and professionally developing Caleb. JOB WELL DONE!

I was able to get a new smart thermostat and free tune up on my HVAC from my electric company. Tanya reached out to me to schedule a date and time. Jesse was my technician and arrived within 30 minutes of him calling. He was very professional and installed my thermostat and tune up in no time. When he left my heat was not coming on and the thermostat was cutting on and off. I called the office and sent an email along with a video. Tanya reached out almost immediately and said Jesse will be back. He arrived about 30 mins later and I explained the what was happening. He then took the time to diagnose and fix the problem, even by going to get a new thermostat. Thinking the one I received was faulty. Mr. Jesse Tippett was so nice. Very perfessional and on time. He explained everything to me about my A/C heating unit. He was very knowledgeable about the process and the unit. He also installed my new thermostat quickly and didn't mind my dogs barking the whole time...lol ! Jesse came today to install a new thermostat. He so incredibly professional and patient. Actually helped entertain/distract my infant grandson while I figured out the new App. I highly recommend Modern Aire and will definitely call when we are in need of any HVAC issues. Thank you Jesse!

After being disappointed twice from another company working with Smeco, Modern Aire was assigned to install a Smart Thermostat and check my unit. Jesse showed up on time and was very thorough with his inspection and installation. I would definitely recommend him and this company.
