I could not ask for a more thorough and more helpful contractor. I am 76 years old and was bombarded by roofers I never heard of begging to get on my roof. No one wanted to give me an estimate until I filed an insurance claim. I did not want to file a claim unnecessarily just to make my premium go up. We had a pretty bad hail storm so I wanted a local, honest contractor. Modern Contracting was recommended to me from my Pastor. They came out right a way, gave me a free roof inspection and built an estimate that I could understand. They even explained the insurance claim process and was spot on. I was never confused through the whole thing. The sales rep, Ron, was always available and he was happy to answer all the many questions I had along the way. I could not be happier. We have worked with Modern Contracting for light construction, make ready's and general maintenance at our rental properties for the past few years. Josh and his team are quick to respond, knowledgeable and will make sure the job is completed to our satisfaction.

DO NOT USE!!!!! SCAM!!!!! They are not real contractors, the hire out cheap unqualified people to do the work instead of them and pocket the difference. We are going to be paying even more than he cost us just to fix his 'Remodel'. Calling the office is no help, Kimberly or whatever her name is a delight. Between what I am pretty sure is slurring, Netflix and cursing you can't really have a conversation or get anything done. Needless to say we have filed complaints with OSHA, the FTC, the Texas Attorney General and the TDLR. For your sake run from these scammers.

The staff is absolutely wonderful, very kind and super easy to work with! The rates are affordable and the service is fast! Kim was great, patient with all my questions and extremely helpful and informative! I highly recommend!
