Jim did an excellent job explaining the different options available, with brochure and railing/spindle samples. We hand a few railings installed on our back porch recently. Not a large or expensive job but none the less Jim was excellent. He found a convenient time to come over and give us an estimate, he even brought different types of products to show us. The estimate and pricing were extremely fair and he had excellent communication the whole time. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.

I called today to get an estimate for a front porch. I was told that I was the 103rd call that he had gotten in the last two days, and that there was no way he could even consider getting me an appointment before Memorial Day. Then he quoted me a price, what the install and materials would be per square foot. Asked me about how big my porch was, then told me that it would be 15K. I am pretty sure it was to just turn me off from the project. I asked him if I should just call back when it gets closer to Memorial day to make an appointment, he just said ''Hmm, yeah." He seemed uninterested and just brushed me off. I understand it is the time of the year where everyone wants home improvements done, and perhaps I would have been willing to wait until Memorial day to get an estimate. Bu
