The cleaning job was fine, not great. Yes, our house was cleaner than I left it, but there were some spots they missed (certain shelves, some baseboards, tile outside the shower door). The house smelled like they used way too much cleaning product. My impression is that they overuse cleaning products to make the house smell and seem cleaner. Their customer service is combative and their pricing deceptive. The original receipt they provided did not match what I was charged. When I asked them to refund the difference, they refused and instead generated a new receipt with the new price. They said this was because my receipt did not include my deposit, which still does not make any sense to me. I have been using molly maid for a month or two, once every two weeks. Ashlin has been involved for almost every cleaning and she does a great job. She quickly learned my home and does consistently good work. Savannah, Toni, Carly, and Jacob all have done a great job as well. It takes a huge burden off my back so I can focus on my job.

From the start their service has been fast and friendly. The quote experience was quick and the cleaners, CJ, Isabelle, and Dayanna have been nothing but polite and eager to do a great job. I have had their service twice now and their attention to detail is on point. I booked Molly Maid for Biweekly cleaning. Planning on keeping them for a while!

Ashlin is AMAZING!!! She and Bruce cleaned my house today and they both did an excellent job - I am so grateful. They are incredibly detail oriented and take the time to clean every inch of my house to perfection. Highly recommend this team!

Pennie and Ivory did my apartment when it hadn't been done for a long time. They were charming, and they worked very hard, judging from the results. I'm very pleased.
