Molter's Flooring America

In 2022 had ceramic tile installed. Soon after the grout began to crack/separate and crumble. Tile work comes with a 25 year warranty. I initiated contact with the store and they sent out multiple experts and the owner. After visit and multiple conversations and almost 2years the store agreed to replace the grout. As of 05/11/2024 they were finalizing the paperwork. I have tried to receive an update multiple times without any success. The grout should not be crumbling after 2 years! What is the purpose of a warranty if you have no intention of honoring it?

Had flooring put in. One year later it started to separate at the seams. Called Tom he came out looked at it, said he had to get with the manufacturer. He never called me back. I made many attempts over a year to contact him, but he ghosted me. Buyer beware!

Had a kitchen that leaked and ruined our kitchen floor and part of our cabinets. We were referred to this company and so far they have been fantastic. We are awaiting estimates and scheduling to get our floors redone.
