Hello all ,no matter what location you go to get an EMPTY weight before you go to shipper once loaded, get a LOADED weight. Once empty go to exit 323 off 81 to the flying j 1530 Rest Church RD and get and EMPTY AGAIN txt the weight. Otherwise your good to go for fast unloading

I came to the address and they sent me to different location, when i get there they told me i had to bring the scale receipt. Had to go back to the 1st place again to get that which is 10 miles away from them, after i brought that they started unloading which has lasted for 5 hours. After that they requested empty trailer receipt which is to get that had to go back again to the 1st location then they would sign the bill of loading, so that's the way how they work, it is not acceptable, please be aware next time to get a job from them, thank you

The managers in shipping/receiving at this place lead with their incompetence. The loader/unloaders don't have a clue. "Let me ask the boss" and then they disappear for an hour. If they come back, it's some excuse about the papework, can't find Jessica, or some other BS. This used to be a good place to load/unload, but it's gone down hill steadily for the past 2 years. Expect to wait 3-4 hours to get loaded/unloaded. Then listen to their BS excuse of "It's not our fault. We're a first come first serve shipper/receiver, and you were behind 8 other trucks".

They have the most incompetent unloader who complaints about his job, He coulnt take out the pallet from the truck, we, truck drivers had to unload the trailer. On top of it, he walked away from unloading. Sad that a big company like this dont see this problem.
