Mark is legitimately one of the kindest people I have ever met. He services multiple commercial accounts for me as well as my residence. He answers his phone and has been there for me at all hours of the day and night to ensure all my septic needs are taken care of quickly and accurately. We have our septic system pumped-out every year by Monoflo. Probably overkill, but we had a septic system fail several years ago at our prior residence - we're not taking any chances!! Mark from Monoflo is the best. We had all the sudden not working all toilets, washer, shower. The water was coming up. Called Monoflo they right away knew that the issue was septic. Have used Monoflo for my last two septic pump outs. Being onsite for both of them I observed that they only pumped out one side of my two compartment tank. After the second pump out I did some research and found out that almost all newer septic systems need both compartments pumped out separately. I called the company and inquired why they only pumped out one side. They questioned over the phone how I could know that and when I told them I was there the gentleman became very defensive and said he would convey my concern to the owner. After not hearing back from the owner for a week I called again and didn’t get a response. A few weeks later I made a complaint to the towns Sanitarian who wrote a letter to the company.
