I came in looking for a specific product: a penetrating/impregnating natural stone sealer for limestone before grouting. I asked the employee at the front desk for help, and instead of guiding me or explaining the differences between products, I was told to just read the labels myself. I understand customers should read product information, but when someone works in a specialty store, I expect at least basic knowledge about what they’re selling — especially for products that can damage expensive materials if the wrong one is used. The selection seemed good, but the customer service and product knowledge were disappointing. I hope staff training improves so customers can feel confident getting professional advice.

We found what we were looking for, & after looking elsewhere we found this place to be the right price. The only issue was the person helping us was also answering the telephone which required us to wait until they were done to conduct business. 7/10/25 UPDATE called to place the order & pay by credit card sadly, they require that we come in person to do that. Explaining that they were once scammed. Should have heard from scheduler late yesterday to inform me of delivery, but had to call them the following morning as the contractor needs to fit us in, only to find out truck being loaded & order will be received sometime today.

Make sure you check there returns policy those people make there own policies

We live in the Hudson Valley and recently completed a large masonry project at our house. Stephanie and the team were absolutely incredible to work with. From design ideas to product ordering and logistics, everything was well managed. Although we hit a set-back on the distribution side, Stephanie and her manager Darren immediately stepped in to clear it up. This allowed us to complete our project on time and within budget.
