Monument Parking

Its awful that they make you pay to park here. The spots are incredibly small and the elevator is broken. Ive been going to the sports medicine doc since September for an ankle injury and I find it awful that everyone has to take the stairs. Seems like no initiative to fix.

I parked at this garage today to get to a one hour doctor appointment, when I got back both my side mirrors were broken. I called the parking attendant and asked what I can do and if they have security cameras to which he responded no,and he added this happens more than once every day in this garage. I’ll stay clear from parking here and I’d recommend everyone does the same.

The exit gates were not scanning the tickets, again. Several people in line for over 20 mins to pay and leave. The management was unresponsive at several phone numbers. Incompetence all around. Fix the exit machines!!!

Elevator broken all the time . Car was vandalized . Kids running around on bikes . And homeless people in stairwell . Trash garage

Since the elevator doesn’t work ever I should get my monthly payment back
