Crowne Plaza front desk had no idea what I was talking about when I called for the shuttle. Different websites advertise different shuttle pick up times. With several mixed signals from booking to calling to verify printed receipt requirements to no one being present for questions at the garage and the threat of towing, I decided to go to the airport economy lot. Maybe this is a legit lot, but I was not impressed.
