Moonrise Tech was assigned by Samsung for my TV repair. They were on time, texted before arriving, were courteous and friendly. They fixed the TV and even managed to solve additional issues quickly. I was very happy with their service.

Unable to communicate to schedule appointment after multiple attempts for Samsung warranty. Edit: Was able to get an appointment after two weeks. The technician arrived at 6pm for a 2pm-5pm appointment (4 hours late). But the technician (Simon) was great and repaired the TV board and panel.

I submitted a service request nearly two weeks ago for my 22 cu. ft. Food Showcase Counter Depth 4-Door Flex refrigerator. Despite speaking with your staff on three separate occasions and following up multiple times via phone and email, I have yet to receive any confirmation, callback, or response. This lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your business operations. As the owners of Moonrise Tech, LLC, it is your responsibility to ensure that customer service meets basic professional standards. My experience thus far indicates a significant failure in this regard. This company should lose its contract with Samsung. Avid them at any cost!

They were recommended to repair my Samsung Microwave, since they have certified Samsung Technicians. I contacted Jacob and he was fantastic from having my ticket information from Samsung to making my repair appointment. He was honest and transparent. He informed me that it would probably be a week before they could come out. Which I was glad he shared with me. He ordered the part which was covered under warranty and told me the labor cost. He followed up to advise when they could schedule the tech to come out. Tim who was our tech did a fantastic job repair our microwave and explaining what happened. I would definitely use Moonrise Tech again.

Had a great experience with them. They called me within 48 hours of being assigned to my washer and dryer. They had to cancel because of the tech being sick but they were persistent in calling and rescheduling right away. Alexis was our tech and she had to drive over two hours to my house. She was super friendly and loved our dogs and made sure she communicated everything with us. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend them
