Moore Air has been the absolute best for us since day 1. Love the team, fantastic prices, and always explains things in a way that I can understand. They came out quickly. Diagnosed the issue and returned the next day for repairs. Raymond and JR were very respectful and worked diligently. Highly recommend Moore Air!

I cannot recommend this company. The technician was here to replace a thermostat, which I provided. He was here for approximately one hour, and charged me almost $300. He didn't even check my inside or outside units. I called their office twice, asking for an explanation of the charges. I was told the charge was correct but someone would call me to discuss, but no one called.
