Wow! My 3 or 4 experiences with Don Moore have always been very positive. He's neat, careful, and pleasant. He's also reliable and his fees are reasonable. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat. I stumbled across this site while looking up his number to give to a friend. Glad I could provide some contrast.

Don was very helpful and responsive. We had an issue with our shower mixing valve and once he diagnosed the problem, he ordered the part, and was back the next day to fix it. Plus, my dog loved Don and he's usually skeptical of everyone!!

Never hire this guy. He started a job for a carpenter I hired and the carpenter did not work out. I did not like his workmanship and this plumber does all the rough plumbing, vent, etc. Now needs to come back for the final time to hook up the water and install the toilet. Texts me to tell me he will not be back its to far for him to travel. I respond to his text message and just ask if he can just finish the job he started and he reply's he is not coming back. I then ask if he can tell me exactly what is left and he does not reply. Plain jerk!!!!

Don returned call promptly. Showed up exactly when he scheduled. Performed a series of small jobs efficiently. Friendly professional manner. Will not hesitate to call him again as needed and will recommend him to neighbors.

Charged $200 to fix a leak under the sink. Leak was not fixed. Refused to fix it saying he was retired
