Great place to park for jazz festival events in the Sibley building, the Temple building, or parcel five ($7 event price). There's a bridge that runs from level 3 to the Sibley building. However, last time I went it was locked and required a resident pass. We had to take the odiferous stairs down to the street!
I was a regular tenant for many years, but since the pandemic I've been working from home and they refuse to refund my monthly fees. Save money, park next door at St. Joseph's. City Garages are overpriced
Staircase is smelly. Otherwise it looks pretty clean. I would not want to use this place by myself after dark.
They graciously give Liberty Lofts residents who live in the Sibley building discounted parking.
