Mountain Valley Home Comfort was fantastic from start to finish. They got me scheduled quickly, and the technician, Kyle, was professional and courteous — he even called ahead before arriving, which I really appreciated. He diagnosed the heat pump issue within two minutes (clearly knows his stuff). He also walked me through their annual maintenance plan, and it was an easy yes. I feel great about supporting a company that’s this responsive and competent. Highly recommend. Note: This system wasn’t installed by them.

Jakob did my service. He was very thorough and clean. He recommended cleaning the air conditioning filter. He showed me a picture he took of the area. It was very dirty. I had him clean it. I highly recommend Mountain Valley for all you HVAC needs.

Mountain Valley did a great job with a new installation over a year ago, and their follow-up/check-ups are a great add on service for a very reasonable cost. Every interaction from the sales, to office staff and technicians has been excellent. Would highly recommend.

The four man crew who arrived at our house this morning were very polite, courteous, knowledgeable and hardworking. They were doing a complete installation of a new furnace and HVAC system in our house as well as a unit outside. They showed me the work they had done, gave me instructions on how to use the new thermostat, showed me where the furnace filter is located, how to access it, how often to change it and gave several extra filters for the furnace. They explained the systems and asked if I had any questions. They also told me to call the office with any questions or concerns. Mountain Valley was very quick to respond to my call and heating need. I was without heat very last last night and call them. A gentleman took the message with all of my information. The next morning by 7am they had me schedule for service. Nathan was at the house by 12pm and had it fixed in no time. Thank you for you quick response and friendly services. Even the gentleman after midnight was nice.
