Moving can be a difficult and painful process. But Alex's team, specifically Joey, Norris and Malechi made it easy and painless. On time, professional, courteous, hard working, careful, cheerful... FAST. Our stuff was carefully wrapped and handled. I am completely unpacked and there isn't any damage, scratches or breaks. And Sabrina did an amazing job at estimating and logistics. I was informed pre, during and post move by text and email of suggestions and tips on how to make it smooth. We did a "swap" move between residences and the details were flawlessly handled. We needed movers at the last minute, to unpack a POD, & Moved By Faith Moving Company came thru for us big time!!! These guys were so polite, & worked so hard to get our daughter & granddaughters moved into their apartment. I have used a lot of movers in my life, but I can honestly say, these guys are the best! Thank you to Megan & the team at Moved by Faith Movers~ Within 1 week notice, the team was able to coordinate and schedule a time that worked for me and MY move and put together a second team in order to accommodate. They sent 3 guys, wrapped the mattress, disassembled the bedframe and dresser/mirror combo & moved the (what felt like 1,000,000) boxes I had packed and ready in 4 hours and 30 minutes start to finish. My unit was on a 4th floor, required a code for entry to the building and the elevator-- and they worked SO efficiently to get everything done while caring for my items during the move. Stacking everything into a 10x15 storage unit in an organized way that kept everything protected. Thank you to the team for your efforts, and thank you the the back office for negotiating a rate
