Daniel did an amazing job. He was very thorough and gave great feedback. He was the best we’ve had come ! We have requested to have him come every time from now on.

I switched to Moxie from Hawx. Hawx was charging me about $50/month and provided pretty good service. The Moxie salesperson agreed to lower their fee to match Hawx and told me I could cancel anytime. I decided to switch to give them a try. The first 6 months of service I noticed more spiders in my home and porch than ever before. I called to cancel and they told me I had to pay $180 to make up for the “low fee” I negotiated. My previous provider gave better service for the same price without a long-term agreement.

Too bad Google doesn't let me submit with zero stars! We've had Moxie for several years, but this summer their service doesn't appear to be working. We're experiencing an ant infestation for the third time just this summer! The ants completely ignore the bait boxes inside and outside our home. Now it appears they've made a nest somewhere inside our kitchen walls and are coming out of an electric socket. We are supposed to have a bug barrier outside to keep them from coming inside! It takes a couple days to get a technician scheduled - my wife called on a Monday and no one was available until Thursday! And then... there was a broad window for when they'd come. Hope you work from home. The last technician told us to keep the kitchen cleaner because ants look for and find "micro" particles.

He was patient and understanding as I told him about not spraying my windows because I pay dearly to have them washed. He has a great personality and is a good listener: an asset to your company.

Frederick did a great job. He communicated very well and explained in detail what he was going to do to treat our home and then reported back after the job was completed. We are very pleased with Moxie Pest Control.
