Ritchie Warren and Mike Veal both gave great customer service! They were very polite. They responded promptly to my call. I was able to send in information electronically. I was very pleased with service they offered. The company did a great job drying up my parent's home after water damage from a storm. Overall, we were very pleased!

Very accommodating in working with us on our various quotes and changes. Mike and Richie are very upfront and honest in their work and strive hard to meet the needs of their customers in the most cost effective way.

As a paying costumer I have the right to leave feedback over the experience we had with MPHI. Knocked holes in two different walls, during a bath remodel, did a poor job fixing it. We took off some work from the original estimate to make us under budget. The estimate included new tub, toilet, tile, sink, vanity, fixtures, but we bought all that out of our own pocket to make us under budget. We even did a little bit of demo ourselves to help out with the budget. Told us that the hardwood floors in our dinning room and kitchen couldn’t be saved and to tile that would be over $2000 That was included in the budget. I restored the hardwoods myself to save that 2k. Mike Veal came to us 3 different times wanting more money, and somehow still went way over budget.

They charge by the hour. A 30 minute job became 2 1/2 hours. Had the other person with him had helped maybe it would not have taken as long. Gentleman was polite. Job was completed, main complain was being charged 5 times for labor than it should have been.

They were wonderful. They came in and assessesd what we needed to be done. Now my bathrooms look 10x better than what they did before. I will definitely call them again.
