Prompt and professional service. The technician arrived on time and was so kind and empathic when explaining the cost to repair a dryer I had just bought on marketplace for a rental unit. I was told by the seller that the dryer was only one year old, but when the technician ran the serial number, he found out it is actually 10 years old! He shared that the replacement part is OEM and they warranty it for a year, so we went ahead and had him fix it. He finished the job quickly and the dryer has been working great ever since!

Additionally, they were able to get a service technician out to me the very next day, which I was not expecting to be that quick! The service tech was very professional and kind also.
