I was so frustrated with my electrical issues this morning. I had heard a lot about Mr. Electric & decided to try them. They came out the same day! Amazing. The service tech Jamaal Johnson was so courteous and helpful and never lost patience with me or my dilemma he was an absolute angel. Very professional and reputable organization. Rick, our electrician, was knowledgeable and very thorough. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained in detail the solution. He took extra care to clean up after he was done. I would highly recommend Mr. Electric!

Great customer service! From my initial call in and scheduling, to the updates on arrival time, to the work being completed. My electrician Calvin handled my issue, explained everything thoroughly and even made recommendations to prevent future issues. 10 out of 10- would recommend!
