MT Heating and Cooling

MT Heating and Cooling is professional and responsive. They replaced our heat pump the beginning of November 2023. The techs did a great job and were able to adjust to some unforseen issues during the installation. They were a pleasure to work with from quote to completion.

MT Heating and Cooling has not only provided service to my previous heating and cooling system, but recently installed a new heat pump system. The whole process was stress free and went smoothly. I could not have asked for a better experience or company to have do the work!

They came into the house and did an awesome job. They were very respectful toward us and even to our dogs. They did their job in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. They even took care of other things that they found that needed taken care of. I would gladly have them come back and do more work when its needed again. Thank you all very much. Job well done.

My family had an appt scheduled for 830 AM 4/16/18 and I have a voicemail from the technician to prove this. The voicemail stated they were going to be an hour late. I had a family emergency arise anyways and totally forgot the appointment. I left my home at approximately quarter after 9. Technically if they were here the time scheduled, everything would have been fine but that is besides the point here. I called and spoke with Cindy who seemed to have quite the attitude! She stated they had the wrong water heater, which is totally not my fault, so they had to "drive all the way to home depot just to get this new one and drive all the way out to your house for no one to be there so we lost all this money and still had to pay our technicians" Well, as I stated before, that's definitely not
