Nearly $28,000 and 7 months later, I was left with a construction nightmare and a job not finished. To add insult to injury, I'm owed a $10,000 refund and Mr. Garcia has (not surprisingly) ceased to communicate. The photo below is a picture of what my bedroom looked like for nearly 4 months.
