Hands down a very good experience with this local company..from the great customer service at the desk to the superior delivery of our rock..prices were very competitive and the delivery charges were reasonable and way less than Home Depot...we will be buying more rock soon..highly recommend

Noting like M&M giving you the wrong order. Waisting a hour of your day driving to pick up the incorrect order. Them refusing to bring you the correct materials even though they provide deliveries. And then having to deal with a beyond rude team member. Yes it was a mistake but as a customer you expect that the situation would be rectified. Especially when you let them know you only have today to work on the project. Instead I had the team member tell me she was not about to go over her laundry list of things she had going on with me vs what I had going on. Edit: I asked for a solution and you said the only solution you had was to have us drive back out. I let you know that it would take a hour round trip with traffic. Today we called to order some rocks we saw online that closely matched our rocks and Sara took care of us and set up delivery. I mentioned that we needed the rocks asap and Sara called and was able to get our rock within 2hrs of our initial call. Once the rocks came with Miss Laquita we realized we picked the wrong type of rocks, Miss Vicki came on the phone and quickly flew into action getting a sample of the exact rocks we wanted and got them loaded and re delivered in a matter of an hour. I can’t say enough how appreciative I am of this all women’s team! They exceeded my expectations and were so gracious and kind throughout the process. They will have me as a customer from here on out! Thank you ladies!! You Rock 🪨 😄
