When I find someone extraordinarily skilled, knowledgeable and HONEST like Ricardo Ortega and Multi Air Service, I feel compelled to leave a review for others. As long as his company is in business and we are in this area, whenever we have any question or concern with our HVAC system, he will be the only person we ever call, one thousand percent. We were in a fortunate position because while nothing was overtly broken with our system, due to other things we had going on at the house, we decided our HVAC system was overdue for a checkup. I can’t say enough good things about Ricardo! He’s a true expert when it comes to air conditioning and heating. Whenever an issue pops up, he’s quick to respond—often the same day or by the next. He’s prompt, polite, and really goes the extra mile to thoroughly diagnose the problem. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting everything working perfectly. If you need AC or heating help, Ricardo’s your guy!

Multi-Air Service was terrific. Ricardo was very responsive and provided very clear, honest and solid technical advice. He tackled a difficult project, getting all the work done very quickly. He even found some other problems with our HVAC system and was able to fix those. To be able to get such great support shortly after the Eaton fires was fantastic. A highly recommended service.

Ricardo is wonderful. I had a bad refrigerant leak, no AC when it started to get hot, and he came out right away and diagnosed the problem. He went above and beyond in helping me understand options. I really appreciate his honesty, how quickly he responded and how quickly he got my system working. Ricardo did a great job and is very reasonable. He is now my ‘go-to’ person for anything central air. Thank you for coming to save me from the heat!

Ricardo was very responsive, honest, knowledgeable, quick and fair. Our air broke on Saturday of labor day weekend. He came over within an hour , we needed a new motor and it was fixed by Tuesday afternoon, only because it was a special order. Would have been faster if it wasn't. We got him off of Google, and he was still open at 6pm. We got very lucky and he is our new air guy! Thank you Ricardo. I wish I could find 10 more like him for all our other house needs.
