Munch's Supply Co.

They sold a defective American Standard AC condenser that arrived empty of Freon. Then they refused to replace or exchange this defective American Standard air-conditioning unit which arrived without Freon and a leak from the manufacturer. Brand new unit arrived with defects and they refused to replace it, Or give money back.

The staff at the Munch store in Elgin is excellent. They're very attentive. Rarely do you have to wait very long. Even if you ask a hired question searching for a part or product. There's always somebody at the counter at will called it'll help you. Same goes for all the guys and ladies too that work and or help out in the warehouse and on the docks for loading equipment and parts. A always impressed with all the great changes that munchaz implemented over the course of the last 10 years...! Hope I

Great friendly service by all team members. They will go out of their way to help. Large inventory with fast and timely delivery are a plus.
