Pretty worn down would not recommend for reasons of pot holes, glass, and not maintained.
Derby has the best security service parking garage thank you to the town of derby and i have a derby pass to get into the garage at after hours
Don't use it but from what I have hard it is safe, secure, and does cost a whole lot of money to park
As of Feb 28th 2014, the garage is closed.
