On August 25, 2020 the parking lot of my complex was seal coated. Upon finishing, the contractor was rolling up the hose on the back of their truck, when the hose broke. This caused seal coating to be spayed on several cars. The total expenses for my car was in excess of $3,400. A Woodridge Police Report, #WOPC2001497, was filed. As in the report, Murphy told the Officer he would pay for the damages. He has not. According to AAA Insurance, my carrier, they can not find any insurance on him, ref. 401288169. He also not responded to the Better Business Bureau, ID 15073597. In addition to a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General's Office, legal counsel is being considered along with media attention. My insurance rates have gone up because of this incident.

I just don’t understand what makes it okay to come to a residential area ; with leaf blowers . At 6am on a Saturday . There are literally ordinances that say this is not okay . Had to call 10 plus times to finally wake MIKE up at the office . To ask him why his workers are out there causing disturbance before the permitted time . He responded with a chuckle . And said hed get them to stop . From the looks of previous reviews , and the ability to disregard village ordinances . I would definitely recommend a company that does things correctly and by the book . Not one that will splatter seal coating all over your car , leave you with cracked cement . Or disregard village ordinances . Wish I could post videos .

WARNING!!! Days after Murphy did $10,000 in work for us, the concrete started to crumble. After repeated calls and missed meeting, a representative from Murphy showed up. He told us it was a bad batch of concrete and "haha" ... "we had a lot of unskilled day laborer's working on the project that did a poor job." We were told all the concrete had to be replaced. Since then, not a word, not a returned phone call and no one ever in the office. Since part of this was paid for by the village, we have them involved and the BBB. Murphy has no class, no morals, does not back their work and take zero pride in what they do.

July 2020 Watched the resurfacing Walgreen's parking lot at 1400 Milwaukee avenue Chicago. Superior teamwork of all the men and machines. Why can't road construction be this efficient. Excellent compliments to the workers.
