My Kitchen and Bath

My experience with My Kitchen and Bath was amazing. We had a complete bath remodel including a tub to shower conversion, upgraded quartz countertops with custom cabinets and floor tiles. We also had them install new vanity lights and mirror. For our master bathroom they upgraded our quartz countertops, installed new vanity lights and mirror and also repainted the entire bathroom. The workers were professional and courteous and both bathrooms were done on time and thousands less than the other Bath and Tile company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Sam the designer and Brad the project manager were also great and a pleasure to deal with.

We had a great experience with My Kitchen and Bath and I wish I'd remodeled our bathroom sooner! I couldn't decide on a plan for redoing our old bathroom so I put it off. Finally, I went into their Herndon location with the photo of a bright, modern bathroom I liked and within an hour I had most of the design and materials chosen. The next day they sent me an estimate. I tweaked a few things and they put us on the schedule. We really wanted a steam shower and knew that added to the cost but they had experience with installing steam. I could have tried to save money by driving around to different places to choose material and by finding and supervising all the workers on my own (I'm usually a DIY person) but I wanted a contractor who'd oversee everything and make it easy and efficient. We would like to compliment the Designer, Project Manager and Technicians from "My Kitchen and Bath" for the good work they accomplished with our new M-bathroom remodel. From the photos, the original bathroom was functional but difficult to use. As seen in the photo, the transformation was astonishing. We worked with Josh to design a much better layout and are very happy with the results. The project was not without some surprises with both with schedule and installation. Working through these challenges was tiresome, but Brad and his team was sensitive to the situation We are very happy with the results and would consider "My Kitchen and Bath" for future.

We recently did multiple works with "My Kitchen and Bath" and they did an awesome job. After purchasing an old home and moving from other state was extremely stressful but the team did their best to make this easier and they finished the whole project in less than 4 weeks. We did remodel of the kitchen , remodeling of the two bathrooms and we removed the carpets and did the floors and additional painting etc. Nomi was our interior designer who came in for a quote and gave us a good first impression. Brad and Sam were the project managers and they were always quick and responsive. Technicians and their lead (Abraham) worked very hard everyday including Saturdays to get things done as perfect as possible and as soon as possible. Thank you very much!

The floor they installed looked good but it came apart not once but twice. They came out once to fix the problem and when it came apart again it took several calls within 4 months to get them to come out again to fix the problem again. I have been told to wait for a call and they don't return phone calls. They were selected by my USAA insurance company so I didn't expect having any problems with this company. Customer service overall is not good. I would not recommend them because of their constant non-response to problems with their installation of my floors.
