Mystique Oil LLC

This isn't our usual oil place; however, we called them in a pinch when we ran out of oil on a Sunday evening on a very cold day. They said that they could have someone out the same night which is what we needed woth four young kids in the house. Five hours later no one had showed up and we hadn't even heard from anyone. My husband called in for an update, but you never actually get to talk to anyone, it's just an answering service that gives you no information. The person was shocked that we hadn't heard from anyone and said they would send another message. At midnight after STILL not hearing anything we called again only to be told that they would send another message but that they probably weren't coming! I have never been so disappointed. I have used Mystique Oil for 12 years. Recently they delivered oil but for the first time ever pulled into my driveway instead of parking on the street. We had just replaced our driveway so it was less than a month old. Their truck was leaking fluid which leaked all over our driveway. The drive never said a word. After contacting them the driver came back and actually made it worse, trying to take away the spot. After speaking with our paving company we learned that the area that was damaged voided our warranty. The driver from Mystique kept telling me they would make it right once the owner was back in town since he acknowledged it was his fault. Have been using Mystique for a few years now. Never have had any issues. The guys were great today delivering my oil quick and they were patient while I wrangled my dogs into the house. They were even nice enough to close up my dog fence (oil faucet is inside of my dog pen area). Thanks guys! 5 stars!

I had someone from the company come out and clean/ service my furnace without any problems. He showed up when I was told he would be at the house and cleaned up any mess that he made. I would have him come back again when it needs to be done again

Bought oil from them 4 times. Never had a problem until now. They put oil in the wrong tank and I was left with no heat in the middle of the winter. They came Saturday and transfer the oil from the first floor tank to mine. I called to talk to a supervisor and they say they would call me back but haven't. Never buying from them again because I don't want my 7 month old son to spend another night cold in the middle of winter.
