I highly recommend MZF Construction for your remodeling projects. Mike and his crew did a great job on my kitchen and dining room remodel. They are experienced and knowledgeable about all aspects of construction. Mike kept me informed about their progress and consulted with me about unforeseen issues as they occurred. I now have a beautiful modern kitchen.

I hired MZF to replace the siding on my house and outbuilding as well as to face the eaves and install soffit and new gutters. Mike was very pleasant, nice to deal with, and was eager to make a satisfied customer out of me. The siding crew worked slowly, but meticulously; which was exactly what I was looking for vs. a crew that would just slap everything up haphazardly in a few days. They made on-the-fly adjustments to the plan when a few complications were discovered and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. Mike communicated well throughout the process and I would recommend him to anyone!

The old house I recently bought had extensive rot and structural damage in the window bay caused by water and carpenter ants. Another contractor said the damage was so severe I needed to replace the bay windows. Mike was able to replace the wood framing and redo my siding, saving my windows in the process. Mike was very communicative throughout the job, and did most of the work while I was away on vacation. I will definitely use Mike for my future home repair needs.

It was time for new siding and gutters and very happy we went with MZF construction. Mike was accomadating, knowledgable and honest. He was not pushy, had very competitive prices and easy to work with. Brian and his crew did fantastic work, made sure to do things right, fix things that needed fixed and paid attention to details. You could tell they take pride in their work. Again, easy to work with and answered all my questions along the way and provide their insights. I would definetly recommend them. We have already received countless compliments on the new look!

Mike is honest, knowledgeable and exceptional in his communication, with the goal to please the customer 100%. He was always open to any feedback or changes desired. He holds his crew accountable and expects quality and detailed precision. Mike doesn't nickel and dime you to death and his price wasn't the lowest nor the highest. He was never pushy about money or insistent on particulars. It took a bit longer than expected, but Mike wasn't satisfied until we were fully satisfied. We would hire MZF again for our next major project.
