I had a plumbing emergency and needed help right away. My shower was leaking badly and I needed to turn off water to the whole house. Called N E Bob Waltz Plumbing and they were able to come and shut the water off to that bathroom only so we could turn the water back on to the rest of the house. Joe did an EXCELLENT job! He was awesome and very efficient! I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. Will definitely be using them again. I can’t thank them enough for easing my mind and taking care of my issue quickly!

Our house lost water the day before we were set to go on vacation, and Waltz went above and beyond to get someone to come take a look ASAP and get it working again. The problem ended up being our water treatment system, which needed to be replaced, and they were able to test the well water, make suggestions, and get all parts in and installed within a week -- which included a holiday weekend. We had two other companies out to price a replacement and one was similarly priced but awful to talk to and the tech was practically yelling at us about our water, and the other gave an estimate nearly twice what Waltz quoted us. After waiting over a week for a different company to fix my tankless water heater, they fixed my issue within 2 days AND provided some of the best customer service I have had from a trade in a long time. I cannot recommend them enough! Big shout out to Joe as well, he was fantastic!

Don't call anyone else. These guys are legit. We used them as we had an issue in the main line of our sewer. Not only were they affordable, they provided us with detailed options for steps moving forward and walked us through all of the things they were doing as the process went along. We will now only be using Waltz moving forward for all of our plumbing issues/needs.

We've used N E Bob Waltz Plumbing & Heating Inc quite a few times over the last few years, but our last two experiences have not been satisfactory. A couple of months ago, we were having trouble with our hot water heater tripping the breaker, and thought that it needed maintenance. Technicians came out, charged us a bunch of money, did something that made us unable to reset the switch, and left us without hot water. They said it was an electrical problem with the breaker box but the electrician that came out opened up the hot water heater and determined that the wiring in it was faulty. Previously this year, we paid N E Bob Waltz Plumbing & Heating Inc to fix a toilet that was running; the fill valve that they installed is already malfunctioning.
