Nace Appliance Repair

At this point its been several days so I just want my washer fixed. So the next day I never got a call so I called Nance appliance and I find out that the owner was the guy that showed up at my house and the sole employee. He doesn't know anything about a 1-4 appointment but he said he would call me once the parts arrive to fix the washer. So I call him the following week and he says he got 1 part and is waiting for another so I call him the next day and he says he has both parts and will show up the next morning between 8-12. So the next day at 11 am he replaces the two parts. He pulls out a little bit of this stuffing you would find in a tiny dog bed or pillow ad asks me what is this? I said I don't know my wife probably washed the dog bed. He tell me that there is something wrong with

I came home from vacation to discover my kitchen refrigerator's freezer was not working correctly. The technician from our usual appliance store was unavailable. They recommended this repair company. I called Nace several times, but no one answered the phone. Nor was I given the option to leave a message. They lost my business. I can understand they might have been busy. That is why I made several phone attempts in a two hour period. Their failure to answer ANY of the calls simply displayed an unacceptable lack of professionalism. I lost any confidence in Nace despite the recommendation of my usual appliance company. And, I doubt my usual company will recommend them again since I made sure to let them know about Nace's poor performance. I found someone else who could do the work

The company is family owned and they are very responsive to the customer and they know what they are doing. They have been to my house twice and get the job done. With both service calls they have arrived within the time frame. They also are able to ask questions when you first call to help determine what the problem is and have arrived with the parts needed for repair both times. I’m not saying this will happen every time but it did for me and I think it’s important to pass on. Remember they don’t make the appliances they just repair them. Great job Nace Appliance. Thanks

First, I never posted any review in past even if I had bad experiences with other establishments. But I decided to post this one because I cannot stand to be lied. I had warranty appointments through Electrolux but they did not show up and did not answer the calls. They stood me up four times. If they call you back ("if" is the point), they would tell you that they called and technician was at your home but you weren't. That was a lie because I was at home and my phone was in my pocket. When I called Electrolux, Nace told them that I was the one not keeping my appointments. They have no issue lying. Don't waste your time.

The technician was rude and disrespectful. Never answer any of our calls, except when the home depot warranty office calls them. We were without a refrigerator for 3 weeks. The part took 2 weeks to get in and they never called us. When the part finally showed, the technician did a terrible job installing it. He replaced the compressor of the refrigerator. He bent the back cover plate and solder a line that now sticka out of the back of the refrigerator. The compressor is so laud that we can't sleep in the house. The entire refrigerator shakes and vibrates. Their take..... If the compressor cools, not our problem and then hangs up. Home depot should drop them from their repair contract list. I would give them negative stars if it were an option.
