Nader's Pest Raiders

Harold has been servicing my shrubs and trees over the past year. My shrubs and trees have never looked better! He has eagle eyes for detecting the smallest of insects that were initially damaging my shrubs and trees. Harold treats my landscape with the utmost care from fertilizing to pest management. He takes immense pride in his work, is incredibly polite, and treats my landscape as if was his own. Thank you Harold for doing such an amazing job!

After more than 16 years as a loyal customer using multiple services from Naders Pest Raiders, I discovered I had accidentally paid duplicate invoices due to their billing practices. When I requested a refund and documentation of how the overpayments were handled, I was given no evidence despite multiple requests. I ultimately canceled mostservices and was told a manager would contact me, but no one ever followed up. The lack of accountability and communication was a major disappointment from a family-owned business I had trusted for many years.

I can't believe these reviews are from real customers. I've used naders for my lawn almost 3 yrs and most of the time it's been a headache. When they called and said we're in the neighborhood, can we come and spray your yard? I responded not today. The supervisor called me in somewhat of a rant saying that's not how our services operate. The tech came a couple weeks later and sprayed my yard during the winter. This is how it looked when spring came in. See the results for yourself on the (pics attached). I'm so fed up with this company. And it's ironic that they haven't called back to spray since they damaged my lawn.

The biggest problem with Naders compared to others we’ve used is their lack of communication. They love to auto bill your card on file but will never call to see how things are going before coming out or after. You will never hear from them unless you call. FYI- hiring them for animal seclusion is merely them cutting screens and stapling it to your attic vents for thousands of dollars and it’s warrantied for 1 year. It’s not worth it- hire a handyman. Prices for regular treatment are twice what we pay in St. Augustine. The lack of communication came to a head when we sold our home and they continued to bill our card. I called 4 times and spoke to someone multiple times before leaving this review. We were promised a call back, never received one. A check came in the mail 2 months later for

Since the change from Apex to Nader's my yard has got consistently worse and its now full of more weeds than its ever had in the 7 years I have lived here. The only change is the people spraying my yard. I call the office and they could care less, I got a I will pass it on to the manager. The new tech skips half my yard and is in and out in less than 10 minutes, because he is in a rush and doesn't care. I told them the last time I called he was missing big portions of the yard. Nothing changed I will be shopping for a new lawn service. I loved apex when they got bought out my service from a 5 to 2.
