Nantucket Pavers

I ordered the 12'x12' Tan Variegated Random Rivenstone Paver Patio Block Project kit from Lowes. When I unpacked the kit, I had just one 18"x18" block damaged (just the corner broken off). I called Lowes who said to call Nantucket Pavers direct and when I did, I got the best service from the nicest person ever. She offered to have one of their drivers deliver to my home a replacement stone (and even one extra stone) within a few days. Great company with an excellent product and excellent customer service!

I ordered the Ledgestone 47-inch fire pit in brown, plus an additional ring of stones, through Home Depot, and picked them up in store to avoid the shipping cost to my home. Despite a large decal from Nantucket's packaging department indicating "DO NOT STACK", Home Depot had stacked them. When I unwrapped the fire pit, I discovered that two of the top "cap" stones were broken and one of the normal ring stones was badly chipped. I contacted Nantucket Pavers directly and received EXCEPTIONAL service from Melissa there. I won't describe the service because I don't want to put her on the spot for having to do the same for others in the same situation, but suffice it to say that it FAR exceeded my expectations. I brought the Nantucket Pavers Patio-on-a-Pallet 10 ft. x 10 ft. Concrete Gray Basketweave Yorkstone Paver at The Home Depot and couldn't be happier with the results! Almost a year later one of the pavers on my step developed a crack so I contacted them and Melissa sent me two pavers to make sure at least one made it thru shipping. Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend them!
