I was very impressed by the professionalism shown by James Carl Nash. When my heat went out, he was very accommodating in scheduling a visit that would meet my needs and was prompt in showing at the scheduled time. He got my heat back up and running, then suggested preventative measures and explained how I can troubleshoot if I have other problems.
