Extremely rude while working, was trying to park and not be in the way and while doing that the driver started loudly complaining enough that we over could hear him over our conversation and the radio He asked us not to park where we were and said it like we should’ve known better. I can’t block the walk way which is why I backed up to begin with. As we got out the situation escalated and he admitted that he didn’t realize we were blocking the walk way. I informed him that I was trying to figure out where to park to be out of his way not in it. He and the other plow truck exchanged words and could hear this guy mocking us as I unloaded my truck. All I wanted to do was park in the correct spot after they were done but he couldn’t stop talking. Customer isn’t always right but in this instanc

Terrible experience as someone who has been a customer for years, but will be no longer. The office staff is beyond rude and disrespectful, and there are constant billing errors. I would leave zero stars if that was an option.
