Phenomenal team. It was super easy and quick to schedule with them, great customer service and most of all, they went above and beyond to figure out what our problem was with our tankless water heater. Many companies probably would have just replaced it, they did not—they figured it out when others could not. Super impressed, very professional, and highly recommend. TL:DR Fantastic service. Highly recommend. Steven Nelson came out to review options with me and look at my system. He listened to my priorities and gave me options consistent with those priorities. He explained all options without being condescending AND without asking whether I needed to run this decision by anyone else. Any woman who has ever dealt with a contractor of this type, knows that this is unusual and so appreciated. The bid gave me three different options, which he had explained. They got me on the calendar quickly for a complete replacement of HVAC system. The service was as convenient as such a big process can be. The technicians arrived on time and got straight to work. Last Saturday morning—when the temperature was in the teens and remained in the teens all day long—our heat went out. I immediately called the Newport News-based HVAC that had installed our Lennox system shortly after we bought the house. Their AI agent assured me that I would quickly receive a call from the technician on duty. Eight hours later, after four more conversations with the AI agent, I still had not received a call back, and I was getting desperate. Fantastic customer service and technicians were top notch. Everyone I have dealt with at Nelson's has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were looking to do the right thing for us, not just do work to bill us for. I would highly recommend them and I fell very comfortable with them servicing our HVAC unit.
