What an awesome company. Everyone at this company was so kind and friendly. We lost our heat early on a Sunday and the part had to be ordered. They let us use their heaters and even gave us firewood. Who does this anymore? That's how much they care. The technician,Brennan even came out to install the new motor after hours. This is unheard of where I am from. They have our business from here on out and I will tell everyone about what a incredible company this is. Thank to all the employees who helped us. We really appreciate it!

We have used this company for the past 7 years, and have always been pleased by their work. We recently hired them to install a new HVAC system to replace the ~25 year-old unit in our 1970's-era house. Five technicians arrived promptly on installation day. Their entire team is professional, courteous, technically-competent, and receptive to customer requests and questions as the work is being completed. We couldn't be happier with the end result! Highly recommend this well-led local company to anyone requiring heat/ AC work in their home.

Had an emergency problem with my HVAC system. They came out in a timely manner and the Technician was very professional. Derrick did a great job. Price reasonable. Will definitely use them in the future.

Wburg Heating & Air is the best! They provided same-day service (twice) and solved the leak problem around our heating system. No charge for the second visit. Seth was very professional and brings a great attitude.

Mitchell was very courteous, helpful & did a great job explaining that our system was working well etc. I had my system replaced in 2021 so this was a "check up / tune up" and all was fine. I have dealt with (Brian &) Williamsburg Heating & Air for 33 years in my 3 residences & have found them to be very helpful always in solving any issues & expert installation of replacement of updated equipment that have always been effiecient & cost saving in the upgrade.
