We recently had our roof cleaned and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The owner was very responsive, scheduling an estimate the very next day after my initial call. He took great care to protect our home and landscaping from the cleaning solutions, and the results are excellent. We’re so pleased that we’ve already scheduled him to power wash our house next spring. Highly recommend!

Tier One is our go-to for exterior cleaning needs! From getting our patio and awning looking as close to new as you can get, to cleaning our building and roof. We appreciate the time, effort, and attention to detail given each time we’ve used Tier One!

We are very pleased with the services Mike provided. We felt like he went above and beyond - putting cones / signs in the driveway to let people know he was working, covering the door knobs and other sensitive spots with a protective tape, and power washing our driveway on his way out (not in original contract). He was professional and courteous. Our house looks spectacular and we highly recommend.
