New Bath Today

Ryan Kohler was our installer. He was truly outstanding, from beginning to finish! He was tidy, mindful of our home, yard, and schedule. His work was impeccable! It was very obvious that he is a master of his craft! His professionalism and his excellent eye for detail was outstanding; again, very obvious of his mastery! Thank you, Ryan, Nick, and Steve for an outstanding performance! We can't wait to enjoy our new shower! Kudos to you, Ryan!

Ruben Flores was wonderful. He was excellent in making sure all the details were covered. He worked hard the whole time he was here and never stopped. He put in several hours just to make sure the job was done right. He was friendly and very respectful. He had a great attitude and was very professional. We feel so blessed that he installed our shower. The work was above expectations. He deserves a raise.

I was an unfortunate situation, I believe. on Dec 5th 2025, they sent out an install team. It seems they hired a new installer, that did not quite understand the process to install this product. After the first visit, 3 days in length, he installed the "end cap molding" incorrectly - tried to install after he glued the wall in place and it dried. then, a week or so later he came back and measured properly, so the the wall panel would stick out about 1.5 inches further that the other side. Then he cam back and tried to instqll the shower door, and mess that up. That is why I KICKED HIM OUT OF MY house. I have been told there would be a proper team out to correct ( replace) and finish the job. currently they have been out 3 times. I called again today Jan 5th 2026 ( yes 30 days have

Had a tub to walk-in shower conversion done and I'm so happy with results. Julian and Anthony did the work, both polite and professional. Julian notified me when they would arrive and were always on time. Julian welcomed me to look in on the progress and ask questions. I highly recommend New Bath Today for your bathroom remodel needs. They did a wonderful job!
